Network

Network is a perpetual floating license for one LegalEntity.

A session is one natural person in one interactive session. That is one seat.

Maintenance (optional)

Annual. Separate from the license.

Included while current: new major versions, security patches, license-file reissues, standard support, update-channel access.

Not included: implementation, custom development, data migration, extra seats, Azure hosting consumption.

Lapse is not revocation. The binary keeps running at the last major you were entitled to. New majors and the update channel go dark. You can come back later. Reinstatement is back-maintenance plus a lapse fee, capped — see the Maintenance schedule.

Typical SMA in this industry is 18–22% of net license price per year. N23D quotes it on the Order Form. This page is not a price list.

What this site does not do

n23d.com markets and, later, records the sale. It does not enforce the seat pool. WordPress is not your IdP. Azure is not the runtime source of truth for the digital thread.
