Permanent node-locked license for the N23D 2026 binary when it ships. One machine / one concurrent session. Keep that build. Next year’s binary is a new SKU if you want it.

Network — quote

Perpetual floating seats. Packs are typically 5 / 10 / 25 / 50, or an open quantity. License server included. All modules in the binary are included. We meter seats, not CAD-versus-PLM part numbers.

We do not publish an enterprise list price on this page. A unified thread replacing a vendor patchwork is a quote, not a $250/seat shopping cart.

Maintenance — optional

Quoted as an annual percentage of net seats (industry band 18–22%). First year may be bundled on the Order Form. It does not auto-renew into a rented vault. Cancel it and the last entitled version keeps running.

Hosted Azure (optional, not a license)

If you want N23D to run a dedicated tenant for you, that is a separate hosting agreement. It is not how the perpetual right is sold. Default is your metal or your tenant.
