These terms cover n23d.com only — pages, forms, and files we publish on this host. They do not license the N23D software. Software is licensed under the Studio EULA or the enterprise MSLA plus Order Form.

Read the public pages. Submit a contact or quote form with accurate information. Link to public pages with the title intact.

What you may not do

Scrape the site to train a model. Mirror the doctrine pages as your product. Submit the forms to abuse, probe, or spam. Attempt to use /wp-admin/ or other non-public surfaces. Present a page on this site as an issued license.

Pre-launch statements

Module pages describe intended capability. “Capability equals, not products we ship.” Roadmap language is not a warranty. Dates slip. Honest v1 ships without stickers we have not earned.

User content

If you send email or a form, you grant N23D a license to read it and reply. You do not grant a license to train models on it. You do not transfer ownership of any design, BOM, or business record by talking to us.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell software until Studio checkout is actually open or an Order Form is countersigned.

Limit

N23D’s liability for the site itself will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for site-only services in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater. This cap does not control a signed software Order Form.
