Privacy

This notice covers n23d.com and email we receive from it. It does not make N23D the processor of your CAD vault, BOM, or books. The product data plane is yours unless we later sign a hosted-tenant agreement.

What we collect on this site

• Form fields you submit (name, email, company, seat count, deploy choice, message)
• Email you send to published addresses
• Standard server and security logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, URL)
• Cookies described on /legal/cookies/

We do not require an account to read the public site.

What we do not collect here

We do not want your CAD files, BOMs, payroll, badge photos, or customer lists on this WordPress host. Do not upload them to a form.

What we use it for

Answer you. Keep a waitlist for Studio. Prepare a Network quote. Secure the site. Comply with law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use site form contents, emails, or any later customer design data to train foundation models or to build a competing corpus.

Processors we may use for the site

The WordPress host, DNS/CDN if any, and the inbound email provider. If that list becomes a named set (for example Azure communication services for the future license desk), we will name them here.

Microsoft Entra, if you use it, is your identity provider. N23D does not become your IdP because you read this site.

Retention

Contact and quote records: kept as long as the conversation is live and then for a normal business period (typically up to 3 years) unless you ask us to delete and no legal hold applies. Server logs: shorter, as the host retains them.

Your requests

Email privacy@n23d.com to access, correct, or delete site-held personal data. We will respond to a verified request within 60 days (one 30-day extension if needed). Nevada residents may demand that we not sell covered information under Nevada SB 220 — we do not sell it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Later product privacy

When Studio or Network actually ships, license-admin email and seat telemetry (if any) will be described in an updated notice or in the DPA. Checkout will not go live on a privacy notice that pretends the control plane does not exist.
