A customer calls about a bore that measures out of tolerance. In most plants that call becomes a CRM case, then a help-desk ticket, then an email to engineering, then a change request typed into PLM by hand. Four systems, four IDs, and nobody can prove the complaint and the fix are about the same revision.
N23D treats the complaint as part of the digital thread. The CRM record, the TIX ticket, and the CCB change all point at the same part identity and the same released revision that CAD and PLM already own. No export, no nightly sync, no “see attached.”

When engineering opens the change, the customer history is already on the part. When the change is approved, support sees the new revision without asking. It all runs in one native Rust binary, local-first, with Entra sign-in when you want it and a permanent license.
One platform. Full digital thread. If a complaint still needs four vendors to reach the drawing, we failed.
